360 Youth Services Client Success Story

The Board of Directors of 360 Youth Services in Naperville, IL chose KEES as its partner in the search for its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the “face” of 360 Youth Services, the new CEO would further expand the public image of the organization in Naperville and throughout DuPage County, while also bringing strong leadership in the areas of expansion and strategy as the organization implements plans for financial and programmatic growth. Heather Eddy, President and CEO of KEES, lent her expertise to guide the Board in identifying a candidate with the right mix of experience and persona to achieve the goals of the organization.
