KEES was engaged by one of its long-term partners in senior living, Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) to conduct a Payroll Assessment, including the flow, process, gaps and risk areas of the current payroll process for this multi-state, multi-system senior living organization.  We examined areas to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness across CRC’s payroll process and assessed both short-term and long-term payroll considerations.  The assessment was completed in early 2015 and resulted in several key immediate and longer-term recommendations for CRC.
